When you submit an enquiry, JKLD may collect your name, email address, property suburb, service requirements, project details, timing, budget range and any photographs or plans you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, assess whether JKLD is suitable for the work and communicate with you about the potential project. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and access

Enquiry details and uploaded files are stored securely with our website hosting provider and are accessible only for managing JKLD enquiries and projects. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for these purposes or applicable record-keeping obligations.

Website analytics

JKLD uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website and to improve its content and performance. Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your general location, referring website, device and browser type, and interactions with website features. We use this information in an aggregated form and do not use Google Analytics to intentionally identify you.

Cookies

Google Analytics may place cookies or use similar technologies in your browser to distinguish visits and measure website usage. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. You may also use Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Restricting analytics cookies will not prevent you from viewing the JKLD website or submitting an enquiry.

Service providers and overseas processing

JKLD uses service providers, including its website hosting provider, an email delivery provider and Google Analytics, to operate the website, deliver enquiry notifications and improve its content. These providers may process information on infrastructure located outside Australia and handle it under their own privacy and security terms. Photography and marketing

Submitting project images does not give JKLD permission to publish them. Any use of client or property photography for the website, portfolio or social media will be agreed separately.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your enquiry by emailing privacy@jkld.au.
